समायोजन और सरप्लस प्रधानाध्यापक...

कल दिनांक 13 अगस्त 2026 को इलाहाबाद उच्च न्यायालय की लखनऊ खंडपीठ में WRIT-A 7860/2026 में  हेडमास्टर को समायोजन प्रक्रिया में  PTR से मुक्त रखने  पर सुनवाई हुई।

जस्टिस महोदय ने याचिका को 274/2026 से कनेक्ट करते हुए अंतरिम राहत दे दी है।

याचिका 274/2026 आदेश का अंश-

👉" No further proceedings shall be undertaken by the respondent-authorities till the next date of listing."

👉 "The interim protection shall be available to the petitioners of all the connected writ petitions."
